Covert Persuasion--What You Need To Know About Language Patterns

Covert persuasion combines quite a few tools in order to enable you to hypnotize other people to do what you want them to do. The techniques of covert persuasion often are taken from NLP or various types of hypnosis. Conversational hypnosis, for instance, is one type of hypnosis that covert persuasion uses to influence people through the use of hypnotic language. Now, it is essential for you to recognize the difference between conversational hypnosis and language patterns. Conversational hypnosis teaches you the principles behind hypnotic language so that you can learn how to hypnotize people without them knowing, but language patterns are just scripts of how hypnotic language could be used in a conversation if everything in the social interaction went according to the script.

For this reason, language patterns cannot be successfully used in the art of persuasion because language patterns are too one sided. Each time someone tries to use a language pattern, they have no clue what the other person might say during the conversation. Since we don't have the ability to know for certain what another person may say during a conversation, it is impossible for us to depend upon language patterns to teach us what people will say as we conversate with them.

This is also vital for you to be aware of as you continue to learn efficient ways to overcome the objections of other people during a conversation. Language patterns can't be used to help you overcome people's objections because the language patterns have no way of anticipating what these objections will be. For this reason it is far better to study the principles of hypnotic language so you can modify these principles as you need to adapt them during a conversation that you are having with someone.

There are also several unrealistic scenarios that each language pattern consists of, and language patterns don't show you how to actually get a person to be willing to conversate with you to start with. If a person does not know you, or if a person doesn't have a reason to speak with you, then it is impossible to get any results by using a language pattern on them because having a conversation with them will sub communicate a lack of boundaries on your part and what you are saying to them will not make any sense. Language patterns simply don't include the other person's function in the conversation.

In many scenarios, people have done far more harm than good by attempting to use language patterns within covert hypnosis.
